This video raises some important use of force issues. What would you do if you were down on the border like this and were approached? That raises the next question, while you are probably justified to use force, what tactical considerations should you consider? I’m not convinced that if you’re down there on the border like that one magazine is enough. Just one revolver?

lots to think about…it would be much easier for the one who has to defend himself and his property if our Judges these days would go by the law and not legislate from the bench, not to make this a political discussion, but case in point: just recently a farmer in Arizona, I believe was charged and convicted because he held 15 illigals at gun point until Border partol arrived…since the illigals weren’t armed, the Judge deemed that the farmer used un-neccessary force, or something like that….15 against one in the middle of nowhere…I’d be stupid to reholster…
It wouldn’t be a good place for me to live at, since I have absolutely no tolerance for drug dealers, rapists and the like
